For best results use everyday when you brush. Can be safely used twice a day.
- 1. Start with Mist White’s Accelerate powder. Dip the tip of your wet toothbrush lightly into Accelerate, add your regular toothpaste and brush normally. Just a small amount is needed. After brushing, expel excess, but do not rinse.
- 2. Mist your teeth with Repair & Shield (In the blue bottle), to revitalize with nutrients that may be missing from teeth and to protect from whitening sensitivity. Mist two to four pumps, depending on your level of sensitivity. If you have never whitened before, start with four pumps (you can decrease use gradually). During step three below, you can spray more Repair & Shield directly on gum or tooth, if any sensitivity occurs (this is extremely rare).
- 3. Tap Whiten (in the white bottle) on the counter to prime mister, then mist three to four pumps on your front teeth. Swish around mouth for two minutes. 4. Brush briefly (with no toothpaste) to remove gel. Rinse, and enjoy!
